“iCD. ideally complements the already existing range of laboratory information and management systems offered by the GUS Group,” says Dirk Bingler, Managing Director of GUS Deutschland GmbH, happily. “With GUS-OS Laboratory and LABbase from Blomesystem we already offer powerful LIMS solutions. With the purchase of iCD., we are expanding our solution portfolio to include qualified laboratory software for large pharmaceutical and chemical companies, among others. LABS/Q® from iCD. can be flexibly integrated into existing ERP systems”.
The GUS Group intends to expand its laboratory division to become a leading provider in the German-speaking market in the coming years. “In this way, a further supporting pillar in the portfolio of the GUS Group is to be created in addition to our ERP main business,” says Bingler.
“With the entry of iCD. into the GUS Group, great customer and synergy potentials can be developed”, Guido von Dahlen, managing director of iCD., is sure. “Especially with regard to our market approach and previous target industries, the iCD. brings in a lot of new potential”.
With the transition of iCD. to the GUS Group, Guido von Dahlen has replaced the two company founders and shareholders, Bernd Winker and Wolfgang Rossner, as managing directors. Both retire from the operative business. Guido von Dahlen has been working for iCD. as managing director since May 2019.
